Add retrospective tags back in #22
Description
Reverse engineer the tags based on the respective Snowplow releases.
i.e. get the commit for when Snowplow released version X, and use this to generate a historic tag for associated JS Tracker version A.
(Note this is technically tagging existing commits rather than a new commit.)
