default identity not being automatically set #127
Description
As reported in %6J2j/PjqDmLB7eMSWUTPTQgdu2ZX7nTtu5Pamn86lNo=.sha256, the default identity is not automatically being set to the first identity added.
I should also investigate the possibility of detecting an identity saved in the old format and migrating it.
