Feature Request | Handle NO-Ack

There should be a ack-timeout just like swift socket. which will return no-ack in case of time-out.

Hi,
I know that you guys are really busy, and cannot accommodate every feature request. But I really need to handle no-ack after 10 seconds timeout (just like swift version).

is there a workaround for that?
