- Updated version in package.json, vmfa.php, and readme.txt to 1.5.2.
- Enhanced AI Ability add-on description in AddonCatalog.php and README.md to reflect all MCP-ready abilities and add-on workflows.
- Added changelog entry for the changes made in version 1.5.2.
