Includes updates to Project Logs and project header design tweaks

• Adds delete and restore log actions to admin dashboard to allow admins more control over logs
• Adds design improvements to main project and project log tabs for simplicity and consistency
• Implements optional reference link to notebook within a project log
• Limits image file size for project logs
• Fixes nullable reference warnings across several files
