Fix block ordering issues on SLCLI, removed Snapshot and ISCSI commands from SLCLI

Block ordering with an improper volume size now correctly shows what are the appropriate sizes to use.

slcli snapshot and slcli iscsi both made use of legacy iscsi system that has already gone through EOL, these commands have been removed from the CLI.

Hard coding the size options seems like its going to be a pain in the future whenever new sizes are added in the future. I think just adding the numbers to the help dialog would be preferable.
