Summary

Backfill and status endpoint only counted sessions with status = 'completed', skipping active/pending ones
Removed the status filter so all sessions with transcript chunks get indexed

Test plan

Trigger backfill and verify all 13 sessions are picked up
Verify status endpoint reports correct total
