Consider making the harvester entrypoint available under the name "python"

This plugin is advertise as the Python plugin for Hermes. Thus, the harvester entrypoint should be available under the name python. The connection between Python and toml is not immediately obvious when reading the hermes config of a project using this plugin. Since entry points may appear under multiple different names, I think the name toml can be kept in addition. (However, it would be nice if a "real" toml plugin could use it in the future.)
