Since none of the changed terms were used by us, we should be able to change the context URL from https://doi.org/10.5063/schema/codemeta-2.0 to https://w3id.org/codemeta/3.0.
Maybe hermes.commands.harvest.util.validate_codemeta needs to be updated; I'm not sure.
