QOL additions and lookup speedups for anime

Summary

• warm dictionary data when screen OCR, video OCR, and subtitle lookup surfaces open
• keep subtitle lookup resources ready between selections to reduce repeat lookup latency
• let a second tap on the active OCR or subtitle term dismiss the lookup; subtitle dismissal resumes playback
• wait for a dictionary result before highlighting the matched term and use the active app theme color
