Rails scaffolding behaviour prevents from placing cart assembler from Create mod

Just a heads up, I had to deactivate the rails scaffolding placement in order to be able to use the Create cart assembler. I would suggest to deactivate the behaviour if the player is crouching while placing the rails. This would allow players to place the assembler while crouching which most would try instinctively.
