pylint 4.0.0 came out recently with a couple breaking changes. Updates APM with:

  1. Removed pylint rule that's no longer supported
  2. Renamed variable to fit style
  3. Lock into more strict pylint dependency to delay CI surprises next time. 3.0.0 seems good as the lower as it officially supports py3.12.
