Offer dokieli from docs.solidproject.org

It'd be great to make an authoring, annotation, and notification tool like dokieli available from https://docs.solidproject.org/ , which would be very similar to the way docs.google.com works. It would showcase a Solid app as well as make it useful more widely.

Since apps space, once Solid is ready for real adoption, should become the most diverse environment. Compared to infrastructure services and shared libraries and dev tools. I would be very cautious with main project putting its thumb on a scale.

Instead https://solidproject.org/apps needs to more iteration, connect to solid/shapes for discovery of apps capable working with specific types of data, and more.

Currently I would even prefer if solidcommunity.net instead of just having SolidOS, allow users to opt-in to any pod browser app of their choice, or even choose none.

IMO it is fundamental to Solid that any user can choose apps they like, similar to email clients, irc clients, xmpp clients, feed readers etc. Backing any single app would actually go against it.
