macOS Feature request: Allow Mini Window to live in the empty space next to dock

Hi 👋 I am wondering if it is possible to make the mini window always visible & not covering other things, by making it possible to move down to the empty space next to dock? You can see an example above with macOS reminder. You can also see similar results with Spotify mini player.

As far as I can tell there are probably hacky ways to do this but really the main problem is that mac os does not allow the window to be dropped there. if you take a regular window and drag it all the way down (so that the cursor is next to the dock) it will also snap back up, the solidtime window is just so small that it is more apparent there. I'll move this to a discussion since we handle feature requests there so people can upvote it.
