Show running timer duration in browser tab title

When a timer is running, it would be useful if Solidtime displayed the current running timer in the browser tab title.
for example 23:30 - MyPorject - MyDiscription.
when no timer is running, the title can return to Dashboard - solidtime.

Other time tracking app (Clockify) Show active timer in browser tab.
It is useful when solidtime is running in background in a browser tab, user can easily see if the timer is running or not started yet, plus how much time they have tracked or the timer is running for no reason. (As it happens to me very often :D ).
