solrengine-sdp 0.1.0

First release — the Rails engine for building custodial apps on the Solana Developer Platform.

Wallet-per-User provisioning (state machine with renderable failure + stale-claim takeover), locally-persisted transfer lifecycle with confirmation tracking and timeout reconciliation, doorbell realtime (composing solrengine-realtime 0.2), an install generator that wires migrations/initializer/watcher/cable, and a devnet faucet. Built on solana-sdp.

Prereqs: a managed custody provider (e.g. Privy) and Kora for fee payment — see the README.
