Emit accurate oracle source metadata in oracle result events

Problem: Oracle event currently reports current contract address instead of real oracle source/ID context.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Event includes oracle_id and/or oracle contract source.
• Indexer-facing schema is documented.
• Event tests validate payload.
