Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined

I tried to use your script in my wordpress site.
What I did is I downloaded the owl.rows.js and loaded the script in my header.

However like the title says I get the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined.

Do you have any idea what might be going wrong in my case?

Make sure your are using owl carousel v2 and not the first version
