Install (developer mode)

1. Download echoly-v0.2.1.zip below
2. Unzip
3. Open chrome://extensions
4. Toggle Developer mode (top-right)
5. Click Load unpacked, select the unzipped folder
6. Pin Echoly to the toolbar
7. Get a key at https://kymaapi.com (free starter credit)

• Standard tier — Whisper → Gemini → MiniMax pipeline, 5s lag, 5 multilingual voices ($0.25 / 10 min)
