Implement for auto revoke feature (Preview)

🔀 Description of changes

This pull request introduces several changes to the apps/web-ui and catalogs directories, focusing on adding auto-revoke functionality for approval requests and updating dependencies. The most important changes include the integration of the scheduler provider, enhancements to the approval request pages.

Scheduler Provider:

• Remove list API because not used
• Add FlexibleTimeWindow param when creating schedule
• Fix for handling auto revoke event

Enhancements to Approval Request Pages:

• Show auto revoke information

Configuration for Auto-Revoke in Catalogs:

• Added autoRevoke configuration to GitHub IAM Role Promote and Jump IAM Role Promote in IAM Role Catalog
• Added IAM IdC Permission Request configuration to GitHub IAM Role Promote in IAM IdC Catalog
