Fixes

• Fixed a false "operation failed" message after disabling/enabling on slow or emulated VMs (e.g. Windows on ARM running under virtualization). Defender's state can lag the operation, so verification now polls for a few seconds until the expected state is reached instead of checking once immediately.

• Localization: result messages ("disabled / enabled, restart recommended") and the System Restore point description now follow the selected UI language (简体中文 / English / 日本語 / 한국어) instead of always being Chinese.
• Layout: shortened the on-screen result messages so the English / Japanese / Korean text is no longer truncated on the status line.
• The --watch background task now loads your saved language.
