This is a workaround so that you can use TouchOSC on a different host than 127.0.0.1 and have bi-directional support. I have hard coded the hostname Bitwig connects to touchosc.lan and so you need to update your hosts file accordingly, for example on windows, this is done using administrative permissions editing the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts. In my case this file will contain the line: 192.168.1.149 touchosc.lan since my tablet running TouchOSC is on IP 192.168.1.149.
