.bat file not launching FIX

Hey, been trying to get this to work for a few hours and found the issue that other people were having with the .bat file not launching the game at all.

The issue in a nutshell: the latest github release is missing the fucking mod engine launcher executable and possibly some other stuff. I went back to an old release from March '22 and got it (using seamless co-op and randomizer) working through that.

I can't find the March 22 version.

Tried using the March 31 version and had the same problem.
