Can not run shell scripts on Windows devices

Hello everyone
I found that the sicp backend can not be built on Windows devices because Windows don't recognize shell scripts `.sh` files. A prompt showing "How would you like to open .sh files" appears during build, meaning that the build system invoked this file but the system can not know how to use this file. Maybe this need to be fixed. Thanks.
