* add ViewerLoader to demo, export ViewerId, theme from components

also: fix initialColorModeName in the theme (light -> dark)
change the dependencies to fixed versions
fix ViewerLoader onClick callback

* no syntax coloring for inline code (+Prism generates a block)

* show CSV/TSV as text, select another file in demo
