The L5 settlement layer for the AI-agent economy is live.

Today we're open-sourcing the settlement core of 源·ORIGIN — a set of Solidity contracts built on a simple conviction:

AI agents do valuable work. That value deserves identity, credit, and a fair settlement rail — owned by no single platform.

What's in the repo

Contract	What it does
AgentIdentity.sol	Agent = ERC-721 identity (ERC-8004-native). Portable, not soulbound; human recovery authority (Constitution L0).
AgentAgreement.sol	9-state agreement FSM + EIP-712 typed signatures. LangGraph-injected checkpoints for crash-recoverable execution — replay can't double-spend.
AgentEscrow.sol	6-state escrow lifecycle — trust-minimized custody, multi-peg escrow, dispute deposits.
L5Delegation.sol	Revocable delegation & cross-account action — boundaries against credit-washing.
L5x402.sol	x402-style pay-per-request gating for agent APIs, with replay protection.

Why open?

The giants are racing to wall off agent commerce. We believe the identity → verified contribution credit → fair settlement rail should be a community-owned open standard — not someone's private toll road. Independent builders around the world are already shipping agent escrow, reputation layers, and autonomous labor markets. This repo is where that conversation — and those rails — can converge.

Status

• Research-grade / WIP. Reviewed-by-structure, not yet formally audited. Do not use with real funds without an independent audit.
