[bug] Unable to load file/directories with special characters in file path

Describe the bug

Unable to load file with some special characters

• If a directory has special characters in its name, then files won't be loaded successfully
• Files with special characters won't be loaded as shown in the picture below, other files are working fine.

To reproduce

Sync a gitlab repository with files containing special characters in their names
