can't show tooltip dialog on hyprland

The tooltip dialog keeps flickering when hovering over toolbar/git history.

reproduction steps

1. open sourcegit
2. hovering over toolbar or git history line

It seems like a BUG in AvaloniaUI, see AvaloniaUI/Avalonia#18515

Since this issue is not belongs to SourceGit and depends on the AvaloniaUI package, we can not fix it in this project. I'll close this issue.
