Application closes when "Open in External Tools" is clicked

Hello.

In last 2 updates (v2026.02 and v2026.03) the button "Open in External Tools" does not show menu and application close inmediately.

The behaviour is ok in v2026.01 version that is the one I use now.

I have notice that the icon is different too.

Fixed. You can download the latest CI build from GitHub Action or just use hotkey Ctrl+Shift+D instead.

I think the author means the Open in External Tools button on the top-left, not Open in External Merge Tool.

I have download last package and error continues.

May be, I have not explained it properly

In version 2026.01 I can see this button in top left:

But, in 2026.02 and 2026.03 the button appears as this:

And, when I push it, drop down menu it is not displayed and app closes unexpectly.

Goto the app data storage dir, and check if there are some crash logs.

I guess you have some jetbrains tools not support by sourcegit anymore (maybe fleet?) , and the IconImage loader in sourcegit crashed.
