@Chickensoupwithrice we need to make sure this is added as well. Right now it's by hand via a step in the release docs.
This is the source of truth for releases though, so we need to be more diligent about updating this.

- do not log DSN secrets when changed [#2434](https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/2434)
- We no longer log the postgresql DSN when it changes. Previously this could contain the secret PGPASSWORD.
