0-char reference, extraneous definition and duplicate reference ranges from anonymous classes

The majority of annotations in this screenshot need to be resolved:

1. 0-char width reference ranges
2. definition ranges with no actual source element (probably marked as generated/synthetic)
3. Ranges that cover multiple symbols (local20 and )
4. Duplicate ranges reference com/airbnb/epoxy/EpoxyModelTouchCallback#, reference com/airbnb/epoxy/EpoxyTouchHelper#DragBuilder4#[U]
