The github.com/shurcooL/go/ctxhttp package no longer exists, it has been updated and moved to golang.org/x/net/context/ctxhttp. Update the import path and go module config. No functional changes are intended.

The github.com/shurcooL/go/ctxhttp package no longer exists, it has been updated and moved to golang.org/x/net/context/ctxhttp. Update the import path and go module config. No functional changes are intended.
