allow to clone with no github token

It could be great to clone a public org with no github token specification. I dislike to let github tokens in my ifnra.

@gogo2464 I believe this works if you explicitly provide an empty token:

go run ./cmd/zoekt-mirror-github --dest ~/cloned --user zomato --token ""

That way, zoekt-mirror-github makes sure not to look for a .github-token file. If you are unauthenticated, then I believe GitHub applies a rate limit of something like 60 requests per hour. It's important to be aware of this rate limit in case the mirroring stops working at some point!
