API too many attempts

J'essaye de charger une base de démo mercator sur mon PC , en utilisant python et curl pour debugger et en passant par l'API.
Malgré un nombre incalculable de time.sleep, je reçois des "too many attempts".
j'aimerais savoir, à partir de combien de secondes, on peut relancer ? ou s'il y a un moyen de faire un sync ou commit avant de continuer?

I am trying to populate a demo datase in a free mercator instance. To do so I am using python and curl through API.
Curl and not requests to be sure that I can check every step through bash.
Despite the fact that I have added a lot of time.sleep and retry, as soon as I get a "too many atempts" I am blocked for a long amount of time.
I would like to know how it is unlocked? is it after x seconds? do we have an opportunity to use a kind of sync or commit to unlock??

Dans app/Http/Kernel.php, tu peux mettre cette ligne en commentaire :

'throttle:60,1',

Cela va devenir un paramètre dans Mercator.

Il est maintenant possible de configurer le throttle via le fichier .env :
