Memory Garbage Collection FPS Lag

Description of Issue

When using optifine 1.15.2 preview, the memory garbage collection is causing huge fps lag every 20ish seconds, making fps go from 240 to 1 and back to 240 in a second which completely ruins gameplay. Checked task manager and GPU showed no signs of falling behind when fps dropped

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install OptiFine 1.15.2 HD U G1 pre13
2. Play using that optifine
3. Eventually, it starts happening and doesn't go away

Standalone installer

Log Files/Crash Reports

The files don't show the lag spikes that I can find, but I'm also not the best at sifting through logs
