Tag edit page not updating properly

• I've checked for other issues, and none exist.

Issue description

When I go to the setting page to add/delete a tag, the tags listed in the setting page and sidebar won't update with the edit. If I click to another subpage of settings then click the tag page back, the added tag will show, also for the sidebar.

emm the bug seems disappeared now, maybe just restart the app it will be fine, so close this issue as it is hard to reproduce
