Otoha TTS 0.1.0 — read the current Obsidian note aloud with in-place sentence
highlighting and smooth follow-scroll. Works standalone with the device voice; optional
local Kokoro server for neural voices. Localhost-only, no telemetry.
Manual install: download main.js, manifest.json, styles.css into
<vault>/.obsidian/plugins/otoha-tts/ and enable the plugin.
