Outbid spaces are missing

The feature from #57 seems to be broken

One can reproduce it with regtest

cargo run --bin space-cli -- --chain regtest -w wallet_1 createwallet
cargo run --bin space-cli -- --chain regtest -w wallet_2 createwallet
# send coins to the wallets
cargo run --bin space-cli -- --chain regtest -w wallet_2 open @testspace 1000
# generate some blocks to confirm
cargo run --bin space-cli -- --chain regtest -w wallet_1 bid @testspace 5000
# generate some blocks to confirm
cargo run --bin space-cli -- --chain regtest -w wallet_2 listspaces

The result will be empty, while it is expected to contain @testspace in outbid list.
