PySynphot v0.9.8.2 Release Notes

The following changes were made since the last PyPi release (v0.9.7) in October 19, 2015:

• Updated spectra data including ACS wavecat and Vega reference spectrum.
• Replaced PyFITS dependency with astropy.io.fits.
• Added a lot of documentation and tutorials.
• Bug fixes.
• Python 3 support (untested).
