Update repo as part of CMake change over

[gigapod]

The Flux SDK is now using CMake to create custom libraries for use in an Arduino solution, and support mulitple platforms.

This is operational but needs:

• Documentation
• Examples using CMake
• Re-org of leftover Arduno Library files that are no longer needed
• Rename the repo - SparkFun_Flux -> flux-sdk
