Add `three` to `peerDependencies`

Currently three is only listed in devDependencies. It should also be added to peerDependencies in package.json so consumers know the minimum supported version.

I can test to find the minimum compatible version and send a PR if helpful.

I added three as a peedDependency. Does it look good for you? The LOD work requires THREE r178 or newer but we might be able to lower the requirement until it merge. @mrxz What do you think?
