There might be other webhooks being stored in webhook_calls table, for example mailcoach is storing sns webhooks

webhook_callstable, for example mailcoach is storingses-feedbackwebhooks.This PR scope the SQL query to only search for
stripewebhooks while checking for duplicates.Thanks.
