Beta Release - Dashboard

This is a beta overhaul release. It adds a dashboard that allows users to control which scripts are enabled for tagging.

Specifically, it controls:
Button tagger script
Removal of rel='nofollow'

This beta allows users to pick they prefer nofollow to active on the tagged links or not.

This release refactors the JavaScript that cycles through to remove the rel='nofollow' attribute from the tagged links.

This should optimize loading time of a page by very minimal percentage as the script no longer cycles through twice to locate and cache the anchor elements on a page.
