Was using useListToolsetsForOrg which showed all org toolsets. Now uses useListToolsets which respects the project header, matching the server-side validation that rejects cross-project toolset references. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
