Minor Changes

• fb3f0ca: Add an optional history.transformChatMessage hook to ElementsConfig. It runs against every message loaded from chat.load before rendering: return a (possibly rewritten) message to render it, or null to omit it. This lets consumers keep product- or backend-specific transcript conventions (e.g. stripping a server-injected framing block, or hiding system events) out of the shared library — Elements itself stays agnostic to any such convention.

• 7acfbee: Add two welcome/composer affordances:

  • WelcomeConfig.logo — an optional logo image URL rendered above the title on the empty-thread welcome screen.
  • A composer tool-mention picker button (next to the attachment button) that opens a list of the available tools and inserts an @mention for the chosen one — a discoverable counterpart to the existing type-@ autocomplete. Hidden when tool mentions are disabled or there are no tools.
