Minor Changes

• f479a1b: Org admins can now register a standalone remote_session_client directly from the Remote Identity Provider details page. A new organizationRemoteSessionIssuers.createClient endpoint creates a client under an existing issuer with no user_session_issuer attachments; the client inherits a project-specific issuer's project, or the admin names a project (downscoping) when the issuer is organization-level. The dashboard surfaces a New Client button on the issuer's Clients tab that opens a sheet supporting Dynamic Client Registration (when the issuer advertises a registration_endpoint) or manual client_id / client_secret entry.
• 9b85ddd: feat(telemetry): include the chat title on listSessions results (resolved from Postgres, batched per page) and show it in place of the chat id in the cost dashboard's session table

Patch Changes

• 4f9b199: Project Assistant chats can now be renamed from the live chat view. The dock header shows the active conversation's title and lets you click to edit it inline. Manually chosen names are preserved — automatic, session-context title generation skips any chat a human has renamed (clearing the title re-enables auto-naming).
• 3298a99: Add hook event processing duration metrics for Claude, Codex, and Cursor hook traffic.
• 4a44fcb: Make the Claude hook shadow-MCP guard resilient to a missing SessionStart MCP inventory snapshot (DNO-286). The MCP inventory captured at SessionStart is now persisted to a per-session file, and the blocking PreToolUse hook replays it in its own payload so enforcement no longer depends on the server having cached the async SessionStart snapshot in time. The server prefers a payload-supplied inventory, writes it back to the cache so the telemetry path self-heals, and falls back to the cached snapshot (still failing closed) when neither is available.
• 9349794: fix(telemetry): match listSessions dimension filters per-chat instead of per-row so combining a user-directory filter (e.g. department) with hook_source no longer returns empty when those attributes live on different rows of the same chat
