Collecting Event Authorization subform not appearing

Describe the bug
The Collecting Event Authorization subview is not displaying in 7. When you use the button on a new record a new window does not appear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the freshfish database
2. Create a collecting event form
3. Try to use the CeAu button:
   
4. See error

Expected behavior

This may be another part of this bug, but the number for the count of CollectingEventAuthorization is not increasing.

This same thing is seen in the freshfish database.

I am unable to add any Collecting Event Authorizations in a11y.

Still freshfish and CE form

The issue is present in the current sp7 release too.

Seems like if trying to render a subview for a non-dependent field, it is rendered as readonly.
@benanhalt can I remove this line?

I think CEA just needs to be set to be a dependent relationship.

Also, does anyone know why SubView definition referenced an AccessionAuthorization view?

In this release, I made front-end force relationship resource model and form classname to match.
@benanhalt Should I relax that restriction to allow such intermingling?

The reference to the AccessionAuthorization view might just be a mistake in the form. I suppose it might work if form only had fields that occur in both objects.
