New tree from Minerals default has incorrect encoding

Steps to Recreate

1. Create a new Geology discipline, do not populate the tree
2. Go to the Trees menu and select Taxon
3. Select populate from defaults
4. Select 'Minerals'
5. Wait for the defaults to populate
6. See error

The encoding is incorrect (Örebroite). Did someone edit the defaults in Excel?

Hmm as far as I can tell it was exported as CSV UTF-8. I tried re-exporting it and the file was identical, so I may need to recover the names from the original file (or manually fix them).

I re-exported the tree file to fix the character encoding errors, but it turns out a lot of specify databases don't support UTF-8 characters in their taxon fields so this is still causing issues.
This may be a bigger issue than it looked like
