Errors thrown in console for non-default COTypes

Describe the bug
On a DB with multiple COTypes with different Cat # formats, if you open the console when looking at any of the forms or query where those records show up in the results, there are multiple errors in the console. I checked previous versions (using ojsmnh_v7114_2026_02_05 for versions before 7.12) and it goes back to at least 7.11.2 so it's likely existed since COTypes were introduced. Might be related to #5431.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any DB with multiple COTypes
2. Go to simple search and type in a non-default cat #
3. See error

Expected behavior
There should not be any errors
