Bump KAIROS_VERSION from v4.0.3 to v4.0.4 across the Earthfile and all per-distro Dockerfiles (RHEL core/sat/fips/stig, SLEM, Ubuntu FIPS 20.04/22.04/24.04). kairos-init is already at v0.8.12 (merged in #635), so no change is needed there. (cherry picked from commit a01a947) # Conflicts: # Earthfile
